Mental Health–Centered Nutrition Coaching

 

 

This coaching experience is for you if you’re feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body, and want nutrition support that prioritizes your mental and emotional well-being, not restriction or perfection.

 

This is ongoing, individualized coaching designed to support you through real life — stress, low energy, emotional eating, inconsistent routines — with compassion and practicality.

 

 

 

What This Coaching Includes

 

 

• Gentle Onboarding & Assessment

We begin with a thoughtful onboarding process that includes a health and lifestyle overview, mental health considerations, current stressors, and nourishment patterns. This allows your support to be truly personalized from the start.

 

• Personalized Nutrition Support

Your nutrition guidance is tailored to your body, preferences, energy levels, mental health needs, and lifestyle. Support may include:

 

  • Flexible nourishment frameworks

  • Sample meals or meal ideas (no rigid plans)

  • Support for appetite changes, emotional eating, and low energy

  • Nutrition strategies that support mood, focus, and overall stability

 

 

• Weekly Accountability & Check-Ins

Weekly check-ins to provide guidance, reflection, and encouragement — without pressure or judgment.

 

• Ongoing Support Between Check-Ins

Email access during the week for questions, reassurance, or support as challenges arise.

 

• Habit & Mindset Coaching

Gentle coaching to help you build supportive habits, improve your relationship with food, and move away from all-or-nothing thinking.

 

• Lifestyle Support for Burnout Recovery

Nutrition is paired with realistic lifestyle support to help reduce overwhelm, improve consistency, and create a greater sense of calm and stability.

 

 

 

Commitment & Investment

 

 

5-month minimum commitment required

(You’re welcome to continue beyond this timeframe if ongoing support feels aligned.)

 

Investment: $350 CAD per month

(plus applicable tax)
